It only took ten years to Millésime to become a place to be of our capital. The special menu 'Découverte' is the best way to come visit our restaurant, from the 2nd to the 21st of April 2012.
SPECIAL Menu "Découverte" - 3 courses - 29 Euros
Sashimi with marinated salmon, soy and wasabi cream. Or/of Veal ravioli and sage boter *** Grilled bar fillets, lobster's bisque and julienne soup Or/of Young guinea fowl supreme, roasted with sea salt, thyme's juice and mashed potatoes with herbs. *** Tiramisu with chocolate duo and speculoos. Or/of Poached pear, almond milk ice
