Cushman & Wakefield publishes a survey on the most attractive retail destinations in the Benelux.
it produces a ranking of 30 cities in Belgium (11), the Netherlands (18) and Luxembourg(1).
This ranking shows their respective degree of attraction as a retail destination, depending on a series of quantifiable factors including potentiality, mix, accessibility, footfall, and specialty.
As these indicators are new to the public, the present document includes their definition, along with a short description of the methodology used, at the end of the survey.
