From 6:30 in the morning until 5 at night, the master brewer, his family, and his friends invite you to experience the different steps of the traditional method of brewing a Lambic and Gueuze beer.
And to really understand this entirely unique process, guided visited are organized every half hour from 7 am on. Early risers (really early-risers) will be rewarded for their eagerness: croissants and coffee will be available until 8:30 am!
Get ready to celebrate Brussels folklore and culture at the brewery all day long!
Schedule for the day
In this 19th century brewery with original material:
-6:30 am to 9 am: brewery operation
-9 am to 1 pm: filtration and adding the hops
-12 pm to 3 pm: cooking the mash
-Around 3:30 pm: pumping the wort onto the cooling vat
-6:30 am to 12 pm: traditional barrel cleaning
