Official 21st July
20 Jul 2016 - 20 Jul 2016
Traditionally, the Te Deum is sung in the morning in the Saints-Michel-et-Gudule cathedral in presence of the King and the Queen. The royal Princes and Princesses also attend a Te Deum, but in the provinces.
The afternoon is devoted to a military and civil parade. A pleasure for the eyes: Royal Escort in full ceremonial costume, F16 roaring over the skies of Brussels spewing smoke in the colours of the national flag, military vehicles...
Then it's time for the public to party...
