Kermezzoo @ Cinquantenaire Park

Kermezzo(o) is aimed to be a cultural experience of a new and unique kind. Much more than a festival, this event will center on interdisciplinarity, with humor at its core: there will be somthing for every taste, every age and every nationality.

For the first stop-over of its world tour, the event will flood an emblematic place in Brussels: the Cinquantenaire Park.

Kermezzo(o) insists on being democratic: the entire site will be accessible for free, the tickets for the events will be adequate and the food, although conceived and cooked by chefs, will be particularly affordable.

Concept

After 30 years of existence, the Festival Juste pour Rire (in French) wanted to have its festivals evolve. The idea is simple: to create a new event that will allow its visitors to rediscover the living arts with humor and in an extra-ordinary environment. This explains why Kermezzo(o) will be built according to the nature that surrounds it. All of it will also be eco-friendly.

Programme

All the arts of comedy will be present: stand up of course, but also circus, burlesques, mafic or even music.
