A gourmet week dedicated to young people

Similar to previous versions, the objective is simple : to make known the treasures of our gastronomy to those who will become the future clients of the Belgian catering industry.
The concept's initial idea is to allow the new generation to discover fine food without breaking the bank. Indeed, with 40 euros, juniors will be served a three course menu (starter, main course, dessert) also including an apéritif, appetizers, wine, water ... and coffee !
This promises to be a wonderful exchange and an opportunity for young people to discover the world of flavours whilst the cooks find joy and reward in sharing their creations with new enthusiastic clients.
