Renowned chefs and small producers who are true ambassadors of Italian food in Belgium will be part of this celebration.
The Guests
The guest of honor is again Giovanni Bruno, chef at the famous one-star rated “Senzanome”(Brussels), who will welcome, among others, Giuseppe Santoro from the “Un Altro Mondo” located in Wavre, awarded by Gault & Millau guide “Best Ambassador of Italian Cuisine in Belgium”.
Among the other guests, Felice Notarnicola (Dolce Amaro, Brussels), Marco Visinoni (Bocconi, hotel Amigo, Brussels), and some other emblematic names, each of them bringing the Italian authenticity in their work.
The Programme
