This year, the parade will take place on Saturday, December 3. It will depart at 3 pm and will saunter through the streets of the historical center. The procession will be composed of brass bands and of folk brotherhoods.
Sweets, chocolates and other tidbits will then be redistributed along the entire route to the children and to the wide-eyed tourists…
The apotheosis is programmed for about 5.pm on the Grand Place. Like a Red Devil Belgian footballer back from Mexico in 1986, Saint Nicolas will appear on the balcony of the town hall and will throw his last goodies to the crowd massed at his feet! Ambiance guaranteed.
