Your tof café?
I don't like cafés. A football stadium refreshment booth will do the trick.
Your tof restaurant?
La Mamma Roma, an authentic pizza house, with the pizzas sold by weight, to take away or eat on the spot. Delicious! You close your eyes and bite into the pizza and you're in Rome and it's for that that Brussels is fantastic.
Your tof place for enjoying your evening?
The Toison d'Or theatre.
Your tof place for enjoying your Sunday?
Let's abolish cars on Sunday, everyone on foot or on a bike, by bus, etc And the city would be splendid, you would be able to breathe, peace and quiet all round.
Your tof place for developing your culture capital?
It's overdeveloped, there's no more room...
Your tof district in Brussels?
Around l'Ancienne Belgique, Plattesteen, Mirante, Hill's music, Caroline, Metteko, etc.
If you had to show Brussels off to a foreign friend, where would you take him first?
If he liked football, to Brussels FC because it's the only Brussels club (with the Union). If he didn't like football, Brussels FC to make him like football.
What is the tof of all in Brussels? What is it that means that you would never move out of Brussels?
With due respect to Paris and London, Brussels is the centre of the world where all celestial influences arrive. If not, Villers le Bouillet is not bad either.
What is really not so tof in Brussels? What would make you flee from Brussels?
The traffic, I used to have more room for my car...
Tell us if this idea is tof or not tof:
- A swimming pool floating on the canal? Cool, but it would have to be covered and mobile. - Congestion Tax for cars in the city centre area? More access to everything, everyone on foot, with free buses and fare-charging taxis. - Non-smoking restaurants and bars? Super cool, 45 years of living with smokers is enough for me.
- Banning chip shops?
Not cool, ridiculous, let's rather ban questionnaires...
