Brussels in the wintertime is magical. And a view of the city from above would make this time of year that much more enchanting. From December 20, 2013 to February 9, 2014, a fabulous view is possible thanks to the Brussels Skyliner. Eighty-five meters up from the Place des Palais!
All aboard the glass lift
The Brussels Skyliner consists of a glass lift that can transport 60 people at a time to the very top, functioning like a large elevator. This trip to the sky will take 5, 7 or 9 minutes, during which an audio guide will comment on the landscape (monuments, etc.)
The lift will rotate slowly so that you can experience a 360° panorama. If the weather is clear, you might even be able to see as far as 12 km.
