Art Brussels presents both renowned names and promising talent. This year, the international selection committee selected 191 galleries from 33 countries. This April, the contemporary art fair Art Brussels celebrates its 33nd edition , represented in three main sections PRIME, YOUNG and a new section, DISCOVERY.
With an annual attendance of more than 27 000 visitors - and one in three from abroad - Art Brussels belongs to the international top.
PRIME, YOUNG, DISCOVERY and SOLO
Art Brussels is organised in 4 sections. PRIME for gallery presenting predominantly established artists on an international level. YOUNG for galleries presenting predominantly emerging artists on an international level. DISCOVERY for galleries with a contemporary profile which actively promotes non-internationally established, promising and innovative artists.
The fair also places emphasis on individual presentation by artists with 30 galleries presenting SOLO projects.

Replacing the talks programme on THE STAGE this year is ARTISTS’ MUSIC, a must-see daily line-up of live musical performances by contemporary artists and their bands. The newly launched series, organised in collaboration with Brussels-based arts centre Beursschouwburg, is located outdoors on the Zinneke Terrace, that has been specially designed by B-ILD the architects for Art Brussels 2015.
As last again, Art Brussels will organised a special space for the presentation of shorter duration films and videos: THE CINEMA.
