After Electrolux edition in 2011, a new "Cube" should come back in Brussels. This unique pop'up restaurant with a very exclusive view should stand on top of the IT Tower, avenue Louise. From 8 May until 15 August, guests will literally dine among the stars. Chefs with a Michelin award will spoil the guests with their menu.
The menu
You can already look forward to the culinary art of Sang Hoon Degeimbre of L'Air Du Temps that has already confirmed his participation. Lunch costs 250 euros p.p. and dinner 275 p.p., including drinks. It is also possible to hire the complete area for a special event. The restaurant has room for a maximum of 24 guests.
Brussels is just the beginning
After New York, Istanbul, Rome, Tokio, Sjanghai... There too the restaurant will temporarily glow on the roof of a famous building.
