Sergey Khachatryan was just fifteen when he won first prize in the Sibelius Competition in 2000.
Five years later he went on to win the Queen Elisabeth Competition. Those early successes assured him of a place on the international concert circuit, where his favourite recital partner is his sister Lusine - a talented pianist with whom he has shared a passion for music since childhood and with whom he has a deep bond and understanding.
