Naughty and bad? Dance & disco, horny & hot! They address their fans as 'scissters'. They suddenly scored a huge hit ten years ago with that hilarious version of Comfortably Numb (indeed, the one by Pink Floyd.) Scissor Sisters are back on stage at Ancienne Belgique!
Now Scissor Sisters return with a new CD in spring 2012: 'Magic Hour' out here via Universal. The first single is 'Only The Horses', for which they worked with the likes of Calvin Harris.
Scissor Sisters are primarily buddies Jake & Babydaddy (though its worth taking a good look at Ana Matronic.) All rather gay but, most especially, extremely infectiously over-the-top decadently danceable. FUN!
'I don't feel like dancing'? That was only one of the hits that really got the world moving... and also got it thinking a little too then, as the band name refers to 'tribadisme' and that sounds like Latin doesn't it?
