Meditation Day Brussels @ Parc de Woluwe
A premiere in Belgium, “Meditation Day in the Park” will welcome in one single place experienced instructors who will teach master classes of 30 minutes in the following meditation styles: Vipassana, Mindfulness, Tibetan, Zen, Christian, Yoga, etc.
Meditation has the reverse effect of stress on one’s body and spirit. Its health and wellbeing benefits have been extensively investigated and proven. Despite this, too few people know about it and practice it in Belgium to calm down the restlessness of the mind, reduce tension, enhance their energy and vigor, or increase concentration among other benefits.
Participants are invited to come with the necessary equipment to feel comfortable during their meditation. They will be offered massages between two master classes to extend the feeling of wellbeing and deep relaxation brought about by meditating.
The event is organised in the spirit of sharing and mutual respect. The natural surroundings and the presence of numerous meditation practitioners will contribute to a unique meditation experience
