For the first time in a long time, Jordi Savall plays consort music, intimate music for small ensembles of different instrument families: lutes, flutes, violins, and, above all, gambas. Savall presents an overview of German and British consort music from the 16th and 17th centuries. It is quite simply a privilege to be able to share in the intimacy and concentration required by this wonderful music.
