Charlotte and Shooting Star are 2 singles by a couple of British twenty-year-olds called AIR TRAFFIC, who brightened up 2007 with their easily digestible, infectious guitar pop.
Definitely in Belgium where in only a year they took on Rock Werchter, the TMF Awards, a sold-out ABBox and a local fan-site. Although debut single 'Charlotte' is a knock-out rock song, you'll discover that the emo pop on their album 'Fractured Life' refers rather to bands like Keane and Snow Patrol, but then presented with the youthful enthusiasm of, say, The Kooks. With the new single 'No More Running Away' and a concert in the Main Hall of the AB on February 28, Air Traffic undoubtedly confirm their status as best British newcomer.
