This year, Océade's birthday cake will have twenty candles on it. The aquatic recreation park will be celebrating the occasion by the premier of a twelfth slide spectacular for all the family. A wave of special actions is also envisaged. On the 20th of each month, the first 20 customers will be able, for example, to enter free.
In Belgium, Océade remains the uncontested number one in terms of its number of slides. The aquatic park already has four slides for children of which the speed and set-up are just right for the young. 140 metres long, the Cyclone is there for all the family.
The six other slides, such as the "Bounty Raft", Belgium's longest and the first with two-seater buoys, are rather reserved for big-thrill enthusiasts. The "Bala de Canon" shoots the bather over a distance of three metres, into a reception pool. Whereas the "Salto Angel", with a slope of 45° starting from a height of 15 metres, is intended for the brave. Lastly, the "Hurricane" is Belgium's fastest slide. 80 metres long, it offers a run of seven hair-raising seconds.
